Default Help me disconnect my sway bar

Alright im going to the track tomorrow and was reading that you can just disconnect one side of the sway bar to get the same effect as removing it completely.

Can somebody walk me through this? As im new to this. Which side should i disconnect? Which bolts need to come off? How much will this lower my '60?

thanks
