Shock/Spring question

So I am going to go auto-xing here soon and I figured I would upgrade the 9 year old spring/shock combo. I was wondering what everyone thought of this combo for the price:

here is the best price I have found so far:

so just wondering what everyone thought thanks for any input, keep in mind she does see the drag strip every now and then, and I am also concerned about ground clearence.

Is this the 1LE set? AKA can it be used in stock classes?

Price is nice, but not really all that for handling. Would have been a pretty ok stock Z28 suspension, but nothing more.

what about just the shocks if your current set is blown?

Silas2k 08-06-2007 02:13 PM

if your current set is blown, just about any shock would be an improvement

id take a look into sams revalved bilsteins for the money... or a set of sa konis if u want the best

Revalves are on back order because Bilsteins are on back order. Who knows when they will make more!? Adjustable Konis are the way to go. Strano springs or Hotchkis springs are also a good overall combo.
