Default Alignment spec/strano I need your help

I need an alignment spec for a 2002 camaro z28, m6..

the car has a UMI TA, SFC, koni shocks (which will be checked tomorrow for leakage) strano springs, 35mm strano sway bar and 21mm rear. hotchkiss PHB and spohn adjustable LCA.

I want alignment specs for a good day at the track. Im going racing next tues and when I get an alignment I want a good setup on suspension for that day.

so if I can get numbers that would really help, since Im lowered an dim sure stock specs wont work too well..

also Im doing the following that day.

oil change and filter
coolant change/check hoses
brake bled
new rotors and pads
extra rotors and pads
extra brake fluid
extra oil
trans fluid D&R(drain and refill)
alignment
oil change after event...

am I missing anything

its just a track day, not competition
]
I got BFG KDWS on my front and have Nitto 555Rs on the rear
245/50 16

Im bringing my crappy sumitomos as extras..

thanks for all the help...

You have a similar set up to me...I run:
ZERO toe (toe out helps in low speed corners, but makes it wonder worse on the street)
6/07 Alignment specs (limited by stock parts):
Caster L 4.2 R 4.2
Camber L -1.2 R -1.1

That is all the neg camber I can get. All cars are a little different, your results may vary. These work pretty well at the track, and I don't get crazy tire ware on the street.

Max out the caster, max out the camber..

I make my toe even because I drive my car on the street, though I wouldn't know how really bad the slight toe out is since I never drove on it. I've just heard it can make the car a little jumpy.

thanks...

oh how bad is it if I installed new rotors and pads and my calipers scraped my bogarts, but the scraping sound is gone after driving it a couple of miles

I'm assuming the calipers ground away the offending aluminum of the bogarts, but I'd pull them off to make sure all is still safe.

It's not good if your wheels have been damaged by the brakes grinding on them. They only have to hold up some 2 tons of weight statically and more when you start pushing the car.

+ camber aka stock alignment never really did anything good for me except wear the outside edge of my tire so I would fail inspection and have to change tires early

they have some minor scrapage , a solid line 360 degrees about a millimeter thik and not very deep at all. it should be fine.

also the calipers have been ground off as well.
