Brake rotor drags after pad/rotor install.
Installed Brembo OEM rotors and HPS pads on the front axle last night, and flushed the brake fluid with ATE Super Blue.
Went to detail the car today, and I notice that the water is evaporating off the front passenger rotor faster than it can roll off it. I just finished detailing and drove home. The passenger rotor was 250*F, and the driver side was 142*F immediately after parking.
The only thing unusual which comes to mind is that the top caliper bolt wouldn't tighten. A friend used a Vise-grips to hold a piece in the center from spinning, then was able to tighten the upper bolt.
What are the most likely culprits? I'm autoxing tomorrow and would rather it be rectified beforehand.

Re: Brake rotor drags after pad/rotor install.
Sorry, forgot up update this thread. I found that the lower caliper bracket bolt is seized in the bracket and no longer slides.
I put the previous rotor and matching pads back on and it's OK again. Just won't put the new equipment back on until later this week when I get a new bracket & bolts, etc.
Appreciate the concern
