Default Baer GT + Crossdrilled and Slotted

Well have about 4 thousand miles on the new front brakes and pads that came with the kit and they stop real well and stay cool real well the and look great however the vibration from the slots and crossdrilling is pretty bad under hard braking. Does anyone know if that problem will get any better with time after wearing the rotors more or is that vibration here to stay regardless of miles on the rotors? thanks!

I am by no means a master brake tech, but I do know a thing or two.
I would bet that the vibrations are not from the drills and slots. They are machined into the rotor, and are designed to dissipate heat- not interfere with the pad and the caliper.

Make sure all mounts and bolts are secured, all the way up through the upper control arms.

Also, check the rotors for trueness. It could also be a tire issue.

thanks. I know tires are good and balanced. when you say trueness you mean to make sure they are not warped? I know Baer has a lifetime warranty on their rotors against warping. I will check all the bolts. Thanks Erik.
