Problems with poly LCA and TB bushings
In the process of installing the new 9" rear. I inspected my ploy bushings in my less than 2 year old tubular LCA's and the trackbar to find that the outer holes of the bushing are enlarged or wallowed out.
Clearly the metal tube is not being secured as it should so these bushings must be replaced. Am I pumping too much grease and causing this? Any other thoughts?

Poly tends to 'cold form' over time. The amount of time can be short depending on the forces/stresses placed upon the bushings.
This is yet another reason it is suggested to use rod ends instead of poly bushings (along with the articulation/no bind reason IF you give two ***** about handling at all).
