Sam's shock info

Okay here is my situation. I order Sam's springs, phb, and koni 4/4 shocks. I talked to Sam after the purchase and he told me to call him before I get the shocks installed because there would be a few things that I would need to let the installer know. Well I called today and he was busy and won't be able to give me a call back until tomorrow, which i'm scheduled to get my setup installed @ 10 am. For the guys that have had Sam give this info does he give a certain set of guidelines out or is it specific relating to your car? I'll try to call him again before I take off but if I don't get in touch with him hopefully i'm not screwed.

I think he would tell whoever is installing them to
-make sure the ring / coil mount around the shock is on the upper pertch.
-make sure the front shocks are mounted so that the adjuster window faces the wheel.

Cant tell you about the rears though. I got the 3/4 package. You most likely need to make sure the rod on the rear shocks does not rotate when fastening them to the car. But it may be different in your case.

Hopefully your installer actually does what you ask. When I had mine originally installed, they installed my shocks with the adjustment window facing toward the inside anyway. Hence why I decided to do them myself last year.

I'm sorry, things sometimes get very, very hectic around here. I do my best to return calls as fast as I can, but sometimes I just keep getting more and more behind. Bear with me. I appreciate the patience.

Thank Sam the car looks great. I need to adjust the right rear tire a little but other than that it looks and rides great.
