running RR airbag w/ QA1's needed?

wouldn't this basically be redundant? can't you just adjust one of the shocks to counter the squat?

if not how many people are running a air bag w/ drag shocks?

this would be on stock rear springs.

was thinking of ordering the one from thunderracing.com

If you have the adjustable QA1s the air bag should not be needed. The way to counter act the squat or body rotation would be by stiffening the shocks.

Once you want to 60ft in the 1.35-1.50 range you will want to go with a stiffer rear swaybar, which some manufacturers refer to as a drag bar. I run a Spohn in the Formy, and a BMR in the Maro. Here is a pic of the Maro cutting a 1.5 at the LSX Shootout, note how evenly the rear is on the car. Car has gone 1.38 with 150 shot leaving evenly too.

so PSJ which do you prefer?

what are the cons to running a bigger rear swaybar on the street compared to a bag?...

I may look into it if its a viable option.

I never really notice the bars on the street, once I start making a car mostly drag the skinnies never come off.

I like both, but I like the fact that the BMR bar has more room for different rear shocks which I didn't know until someone pointed it out.
