Default spring rate for street driven qa1 front shocks

i just got some qa1 "f" front shocks and need some input on what spring rates to use on the street. i know they offer 3 rates, 275, 300 and 325. this is my daily driven car and will be using strano rear springs, so what spring rate should i use in the front?

I would go 325s on the street... Its a very different place than the track, and if your going to lower the front at all, you need a spring rate that is going to compensate for the drop. 325 isn't even high enough for a lowered car on the street IMO

We usually recommend the 300# spring for a daily driver. A good option also is we offer a spring cup (part# SA001) that allows you to use your factory spring on the QA1 shock. If you have any other questions regarding our products please feel free to ask.
