Default Ball joints and Control arm bushings??

What ones are you guys using? I need to replace a couple of mine, so i'm just gonna replace them all. I keep finding different ****, press-in's, bolt-on's, assemble required, etc.

Kinda lost here.

the top will blot on and the bottom is a press fit.
as far as bushings, global west makes a nice bearing kit for the lowers.

I just used the Afcos in mine a couple of weeks ago. Excellent product that works as advertised. They go in the arm tight. Smileys Racing had the best price.
