Default front drag shock (qa1) shock and spring

i am running a full weight fbody (except for sway bar and fiberglass hood) with a 275 pound springs and qa1 single adjustable shocks and was wondering what setting for the shocks (front and back)) you guys are running and having good success with (drag racing use) i am also runnng a 50/50 set up in the back. 60 foot times/weight/converter/ and hptq numbers would be sweet.

I think you'd be better off with 300# front springs

i run qa1s, my set up is front 1-2 rear 10-12. you want your front to be loose so it can transfer energy to the rear easily, the rear need to be stiff because when you launch your rear wants to squat (which in turn diminishes energy) so when the rear is hard it plants all of the energy to the tires.with this set up (every car is diff) I ran a quicker 60 by .1-.2, et lower, and gained 3mph. bmr's website has an excellent article from GMHP mag. in the suspention setup.
