Default sway bars on or off

Someone told me to take my sway bars off of my car and i would hook better at the track. Are they talking about both of them or just the front one?

Front only....keep the back one on to help with body roll.

Front only. Rear helps keep the car level on launch.

so does this really work or is it wishful thinking to expect better launches. im talking about 6k rpm dumping the clutch with slicks
