Default Indicator lights after slicks and skinnies..?

Mods, if this isnt the right forum for this, please move it...

Ok, So i got my new Weld Pro Stars this weekend, 15x3.5" & 15x10", with 165R15 tires up front and 26x11.5x15 ET streets in the back. I have a 5/16" spacer on the front with no grinding. I grinded the hell out of the back to get them to fit right and not rub. So I drove the car about 3 miles Satruday and 3 miles Sunday with no problems. This morning (Monday), I leave and get about 2 miles from the house, and my ABS INOP light and e-brake light have both come on? I checked and rest the e-brake, but to no avail? So whats up..?

I guess possible tire height differences could give the ABS INOP light, but what about the other...?

I took the car back home, and drove another to work. I guess I am going to put my other wheels on later and see if anything changes...

Any ideas...?

Nope...didnt do any tire size changes...I do have LS1 Edit, but dont think that I am going to mess with the PCM just for these tires...I wont be on them that much anyway....I think I read somewhere today that there is like a .35" difference with the ET Streets, therefore it throws the ABS INOP light...that still doesnt explain the e-brake light...but oh well...

Most likely its the difference in tire diameter from front to rear. If you put your stockers back on the light should go away. I'd give that a try just to be sure.

^ What he said. You'll get the same thing if you drive on a donut for a couple miles. All 4 tires have to be the same diameter for the ABS to work correctly, otherwise they would be turning at different speeds.

Remove The Abs Sensors And Delete Usins Ls1 Edit. I Did That To Mine But Had Green Light Motorsports Tune Them Out.

So does it really turn off the abs? Or is it just a light getting lit up?
