I checked install university but no luck. I'll be doing the fronts only. Thanks!

working on mine now...instructions aren't great, but just make sure you spin the jam nut on first, spring seat second, facing up, then your thrust bearing or bushing whichever you have, spring, then hat on, bolt on top, install...I'm sure some guys reuse the dust caps but one of mine got hacked so I didn't use any. Spin the jammer and the spring seat way the heck down allowing enough room for the spring to sit on it and the hat to bolt down.

OH>>>>make sure you unscrew the ppiston of the strut and pull it out to length or you'll have a mess for sure -just twist to loosen and yank that shaft out of there fulling extending, this will give you the true mounting scenario.

If you need help w/ the basics of removing and installing the struts up front, there's several tutorials on that w/ a search for camaro strut install.

If you are NOT using QA1/Hal springs, you'll need a BMR spring cup to hold reg. springs...nothing special needed if using the matching springs.

No. The best alternative is to take the whole assembly off and take it to a shop with a spring compressor. Have them take the old spring off and put the new spring on for you.
