need help building suspension for traction

I recently put a tci ssf 3500 stall converter in my tranny. I need traction. I havent had the car dynoed yet but I am guessing the hp will be around 425-460 at the wheels. I have no clue yet really. I also have 3.23's if you need to know that on, BFG DR's. I heard LCA relocation brackets will help more than tubular LCA's. is that true? What are the first things I should do that are inexpensive... not qa1's haha tunnel mount torque arm? v6 springs??

relocators are the best start, yes. all of the components work together to make the car hook.

heres the order i would go with...

1) relocators 60.00
2) chromemoly adjustable lca's 175.00
3) tunnel mounted adjustable chromemoly torque arm 430.00
4) adjustable front shocks & springs... Strange s/a 349.00
5) adjustable rear shocks... Strange s/a 279.00
priced as shipped

this is a proven working combo and should yeild you 1.5 60 foots with your anticipated power.
