are ws6 rear springs diff. from regular t/a
i searched it but didnt find anything definate... no one that had known for sure...... i just noticed my t/a seems to sit higher in the rear. but it could just be me seeing things. any help would be appreciated.

Don't need to swap them to know. The WS6's package didn't include springs, only a front sway bar and supposedly 'better' shocks.
What you are probably seeing is the stock 16" wheels are leaving more of a fender gap than the 17" WS6 wheels do.
If you want a cheap "fix" search "heater hose mod".

well see i got 17"x10.5 ttms with 285/40/r17's on the back and my car sits higher then all the ws6's i see, surly shocks cant be making it sit higher, could they???

well theres 3 stock ws6's in my area. ALL are stock and all are lower then mine............... sombody has got to know this info FOR SURE. i appriciate opinions but fact would be great. i dont want to "lower" my car, i just want it to sit like my previous cars (2 prior ws6's)

I think the 1LE rears are progressive from like 130-170 by the way...
The WS6s I'm pretty sure have the same springs as the normal TA's except for 1LE models..... I don't know exactly. Wasn't the later model 1LE packages made by SLP?

then what the crap........ well if this helps ANY for you guys to understand what im dealing with........... i have a 17' ttm with a 285/40 r17 kumo, the tire is 3 3/4 from the wheel well. it doesnt sound like its high but it sho looks it.

well my buddies car is stock suspension and he runs 6.12 in the 1/8 weve been working on it for a couple years now and i love the way his car works. hes got a ws6. i guess alot of it could be that a girl owned my car and its a auto so it doesnt have a history of bieng run hard and lauched hard so that could account for the springs bieng so "strong" in the back. no wear and tear sag.

or maybe the previous owner replaced the springs.......
aftermarket suspension thats dialed in > stock suspension
