Spohn torque arm...is chromoly worth the extra $100?
Im not sure what any other supsension company charges for upgrading to a fully chromoly torque arm, but Spohn charges $100. Is it really worth it? What are the advantages of it? Are there any disadvantages? Thanks

Re: Spohn torque arm...is chromoly worth the extra $100?
I just got my spohn chromoly torque arm and i love it. I went with the extra because chromoly is lighter and stronger. Mine is heavt the way it is so I couldn't imagine just mild steel, but in the end i just want all the best parts the first time around so i never want to rebuy the same part.

I really like these set of SFCs because they tuck in nice, great clearance, stylish red powdercoat, and constructed of chromoly. However, the price is outrageous! $275 to be exact! I was wondering if there were any other SFCs that compare or come close to these but at a much cheaper price. I really dont understand why they are so much. The BMR tubulars are $139, but are probably made of steel or mild steel. Thats over a $135 difference! Is the chromoly really worth the extra money? To me, they both look like they were built the same way. What makes the so much more expensive besides the material? Thanks
