Default cabin noises/vibrations/i dont know...

Well here is the story so far. Earlier this year i did the a4 to m6 swap. While i was doing that i also did prothane motor mounts and trans mount, umi adjustable torque arm, umi torque arm relocation kit, umi double adjustable phb, and the strano hp4 pack. Now what i cant figure out is whether the loud vibrations im getting are from the trans mount or from my pinion angle not being correct. The only time the vibrations are noticible are from 60-70 on up and just get louder and vibrate harder the faster you go. Its making me think that its the pinion angle because i can feel the vibrations in the seat back. But also when dad was driving and i was sitting in the back i couldnt really feel anything. So right now im at a loss. Any help would be awesome. thanks

start with pinion angle then use process of elimination, you've done quite a bit of work to narrow it down quickly.

I just recently got my motor mounts and trans mount replaced with Prothanes, and I'm having the same issue. I know my alignment is way off, but I've been holding out on that until I get new tires, but the alignment didn't change during the swap, so it's probably the extra stiffness in the tranny mount. I'm going to wait until I get everything else done (tires, brakes, alignment), then if it continues, I'll put in a new OEM tranny mount.

My money is on pinion angle... My car had the same symptoms a while back... Got a Spohn adj TA and dialed it in and that pretty much remedied it...

Well i tried dialing that angle in. However when i watched BMR's video on setting that, they tell you to subtract the driveshaft angle from the pinion angle. And UMI's instructions tell you to add the two. So im like WTF....
