'01 Z28- KYB AGX Adjustable Shocks with LT1 Eibach Springs...
Anyone riding on this combination? I know the Koni/Strano setup seems to be the overwhelming favorite, but the Strano's are on backorder and the Koni's run rather pricey. I am sure you get what you pay for. I am looking for a nice, aggressive stance that is not too low as I am doing LT headers and Y-pipe. So clearance is an issue...Feedback???

Are you just looking for the look of being lowered, or are you wanting better handling? You should call Sam Strano and tell him what you want and see what he suggests you.

people don't like them because they (sportlines) suck.
when you go lower, you have to go with a higher spring rate (because you have less suspension travel). The sportlines don't have near enough spring rate (360#)to stay off of the bump stops for how low they are. They will handle like crap and ride like crap.

Well I think its widely known like you stated that everyone loves the Koni/Strano set-up. But if your like me & on a budget then the KYB AGX stuff is in the right price range.
I have seen Sam say even if your running the KYB's instead of Koni's that his springs will be just fine on there. Better than the other brands out there too. And you'll still get a decent drop.

I run sportlines and have no issues with them at all. I havent swapped shocks yet but I will be going with agx due to lack of funds. Has to be better than stock shocks for sure
