adjusting PHB for new rims
i just got new rims for my car and moved up from 17 inch to 18 inch rims. the tire is still a 275 width. do i need to adjust the PHB or no? Thanks

"A plumb-bob or a plummet is a weight with a pointed tip on the bottom that is suspended from a string and used as a vertical reference line. This instrument has been used since the time of the ancient Egyptians by bricklayers, masons, and carpenters to ensure that their constructions are "plumb", or perfectly upright. With the f-body, follow this to center the rear end:
