Adjustable Rear Sway Bar Anyone run this from TRZ: http://www.trzmotorsports.com/images...mb/34f-203.jpg http://www.trzmotorsports.com/34f.html# Also the Wolf rear bar, how are they for the street and how do they handle compared to a regular bar for the street and RR/AX? I know that they are manily a drag bar but wanted to get opinions for street use to see how much they compromise handeling. Thanks |
That is a drag part only. The bar is far too big for correctly handling. I'm also not trusting of the the way they "replace" the PHB brace on this. |
I think I know what you want. It's called a Hellwig adjustable swaybar. https://i119.photobucket.com/albums/...0/DSCN3677.jpg https://i119.photobucket.com/albums/...0/DSCN3681.jpg https://i119.photobucket.com/albums/...0/DSCN3682.jpg Long thread about it: http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/index.php?showtopic=11229 Ordering details: http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/index.php?showtopic=11607 |
Thanks. What I am looking for. What size is that bar? Is it solid or hollow? How is this bar compared to the non-adjustable? What ws the price on that? Your shocks, are they rod-ended? What kind are these? The link did not work but thanks for the info. Sam, I talked to Wolf and they said that indeed this bar will not be good for any type of RR or AX. Thanks again for the info. |

We don't recommend street driving with it, though people do and don't have issues as long as they remove one of the links until they get to the track. As far as trusting the way we "replace" the PHB brace, I ask you what is stronger the stock stamped flimsy piece of steel or an 1 5/8 moly tube, cuz thats what it is??? |
