I purchased there slotted and drilled rotor package with Hawk HPS pads. The only problem I had was that they sent me the same identical rear rotor. When I called and explained what happened they were understanding and sent out a new replacement. What I found amazing was that they told me to use the other rotor until the replacement came in and then send it back to them used. They will surely get more of my business and I would recomend them to anyone looking for a good product and great customer service. I will post some pictures when I get a chance.
