I want to use the shocks I have as opposed to buying a new set for over $1000. That's $1000 out of my pocket for no real reason. I'm a poor boy. Practicaly a dirt farmer.

If I had $3000, I'd pick up a G-50 Porsche transmission and do a mid engine conversion. I just don't have that kind of money, plus I already have a good T56.

I'm just trying to do the best I can with what I have. I'm focused on getting the donor car right now, then a plasma cutter.

if your cutting the front clip up you need a jig etc

you need to go to streetsourcemag.com and go to the ask max section. he is a suspention guro and knows all. i've talked to him several times on the phone about projects i've built. he's built everything from roadrace cars to minitrucks lay'n body tuck'n 24s to offroad core race trucks.
