What exactly is wrong with the lt1 and what all would it include?

Opti (Dont't know the condition)
Camshaft
Timing Set
Crankshaft
Injectors
Lifter Retainers
Oil Pump
Oil Filter Adapter

I think it had a spun bearing but I don't know enough to be clear. Regardless it was a 77k mile engine from an automatic 95 z28.
