Default AFR 205's available but (1 3/4 LG Pros SOLD)

Headers are sold, but the heads are still available.

As titled, AFR 205's with 58cc combustion chambers, new valve seals and new comp 921's. About 1500 miles since LG Motorsports freshened them up for my 402. Please make an offer if interested, but only serious offers and lowballers don't waste your time.

Also a set of used "perfect" condition (no dings, scrapes etc) 1 3/4 LG Pro Longtube headers, comes with X pipe and its modded to fit the LGM Big 3 catback system for a TRUE 3 inch exhaust. No Cats. Make offer.

Per my conversation with Bobby at LG Motorsports this morning, whoever buys my headers will be offered a nice discount on the purchase of the LGM BIG 3 catback. Nice well mannered sound at idle and low rpms, but very muscle car-esque at WOT. Loud enough at WOT to let everyone know you got some serious power, and quiet enough to be able to enjoy the radio, or a conversation with your passenger. 3 inch exhaust really flows nice, no more restrictions.

Now heres the kicker, the parts won't be available for about 3 months or until an unnamed vendor completes the heads I will be running. Going to be the lucky one that gets one of the very first sets that have been specifically designed for moddest cammed 402's looking for lots of torque and additional flow to provide more topend power then a 205 head can make. I'll name the vendor when the vendor gives me permission.

So please help out a tech member get the $$$ together for this project and also save some $$$ on some perfect condition used parts. All $$$ will be sent to Bobby @ LG Motorsports, not me. So there should be no issue on whether or not you'll get your parts, and/or what condition they are in. As soon as the money is received, and the parts are off the car they will be shipped the next day. Parts will be thoroughly inspected before the sale is finalized.

Please PM me any offers you may have.

As I get information about the new heads I will post if the vendor ok's it. Also I will be upgrading to LG Motorsports new 1 7/8 super pros with new merge collector and newly designed mid pipe. These headers have picked up huge hp for c6 zo6's with only a K&N and tune. I'll refrain from guessing how much I'll pick up, but I am told it will be worth it on my H/C full bolt on 402.

Yes, you are correct. I originally had the g5x3, and then Louis asked if I wanted to try his new cam that needed to be tested in a 346, and I said sure. It was called the g5x3vII, later released for sale as the g6x3.

I reused basically everything from my 346 on my 402. Worked great. I just need to sell the heads because an unnamed vendor and I have been discussing the potential of buying and testing one of the first released sets of his new heads. However that endeavor rests on whether or not I can sell my current heads. LGM freshened them up before being installed on the 402. Perfect heads for moddest cammed 346 or 402. Look at the torque my setup makes. 513.8 rwtq !!! Over 400 rwtq available before 2800 rpms !! The heads work, I just have something new to try pending this sale.

Save your money, you got about 2-3 months.

it is very tempting. I would like to put those on a stock cammed LS1. (need to be able to keep up with those new LS3's while still staying emissions legal) Im sure it would work out well. Like you said i have a few months to come up with the money. Ill definatly let you know. Im over seas right now but if you have them still i July Ill let you know. Thanks man, and good luck with your project.

2000 shipped for my heads and they include ARP bolts, or you can spend the extra cash for new afr's, extra for milling, and extra for arp's? Seems like a no brainer to me if you are in the market for heads. Save a bundle and go with the used set.

Bump for Sunday crowd

These were optimized (porting, unshrouding, etc) for your 402, right? Will they still work well with the stock cubers?

No they weren't

The heads were originally milled to 59cc's to bum compression in my old 346. They are still a 3.9 bore and unported. Before going on the 402 LG ran a cleanup pass to guarantee they were flat. Removed about .002 or .003 which makes them between 58 and 59cc's The ports are untouched and would be perfect for a 346. My 346 put down 490/445 to the wheels with these heads, g6x3 cam and full boltons.

What are you running currently ??

Bump for an UPDATE

The heads may be coming off much sooner then expected. Could be mid to late June. Depends on if I get any takers and/or I go another route. Still getting heads though.

Mods in sig, bro. This is a square deal, for sure. I have in mind to run these heads with my stock cam or maybe an 02-04 LS6 cam, to see what can be achieved with stock driveability, MPG, and reliability. I'm betting 35rwhp easy with your exact heads would be the case. I run 30-40k a year and don't care to change springs often or have valve guides get chewed up. A ported FAST setup would round out this effort but with a baby due in October, I'm re-looking the finances. Would still be nice to have an honest 400/400 and totally stealthy and reliable. I have 167k on my motor now, so an LS2 short block would make this setup even sweeter.

My serious buyers are "undecided" so I am bumping the thread and saying they are still for sale. 200 deposit sent to Ron at Vengeance holds them for you until the balance is paid, just don't take until Christmas LOL
