He was 71yrs old, got a $200 fine, and had to take a defensive driving class. Heres the whole video

It was probably gravity holding his old foot down on the pedal. Keeping your feet off the off the pedal when you're at a 45 degree angle might be harder than it seems.

Exactly why older people should have to retake driving lessons. My grandpa would pass his exam but it might take him a couple of days to get the total distance completed.

True but maybe shut the car off? That being said, after new information has come to light, that is why i support anyone above 60 retaking their driving test every year or so.
