well i would certainly hope so... the ZR1 vette is like $15-20k more than the GT-R, is it not?

i think you only really have bragging rights when the less expensive car comes out on top.

The zr1 makes 140 MORE horsepower and weighs A LOT less....I would hope it would beat a skyline

i think you have bragging rights when you beat a car, period.

as for the price.. look how bad the zr1 beats the gtr... id pay 15k for that... (if i was going to already be spending 80k+) no reason not to..

excuse the hell out of me. Iv heard the stats just never seen that video. I thought some body out there would enjoy it. You have to admit the end of the video where the zr1 drifts around the skyline is sweet.

That is a dumb statement. Bragging rights go to whatever car wins. It has nothing to do with price. There are several expensive cars that are not fast. We aren't talking about bang-for-the-buck bragging rights here, just pure ***-whipping bragging rights.

how is that dumb? yeah, winning is winning, but when your car costs a lot more, its like you won just because you spent more money. its like a schoolyard bully bragging about beating up a smaller kid.

and yes, i think bang for the buck has to be considered when determining bragging rights.

Yea, the vette won, so isn't that more bang for the buck? Are you going to start counting how many feet he won by, and subtract that by $1,000 per foot???
