Lightly modded WS6 vs. stock '05 GTO. Who would win?

Default Lightly modded WS6 vs. stock '05 GTO. Who would win?

Between a '99 T/A WS6 that has MTI lid, K&N filter, UD pulley, Corsa catback, racing chip, and 3.23 gears and a completely stock '05 GTO who would win?

Both cars are auto and drivers are same in skill.

GTO's are heavy.. WS6 would win.

there are absolutely no outside factors, soooo i'm going with the ws6 because its special edition and has bigger sway bars

I've got to ask, wtf does swaybars have to do with racing here? Thats like saying the GTO has a full ashtray. . .BFD!
