Instrument cluster problems This is the story, I bought a 2001 Z28 from a friend who bought the car at a used car lot. Well, I never noticed but my abs inop light, asr light, and brake light do not work. I removed the cluster only to find out that it was missing the l.e.d bulbs in all 3 of those spots. So I went to the junk yard and pulled some bulbs out and resoldered them on. Still they don't work. I tested the bulbs before installing them and they worked. What could be the problem? Can anyone help me out.

Very unlikely that anything of the sort has happened. It's such low voltage going through there it would be hard to burn a trace without popping another compnet first. And oil from your hands makes no difference.
