Exclamation LMR's Twin Turbo Corvette runs 9.40 @155mph first weekend!!

RC ***'s 2008 twin turbo corvette ran a 9.40 @155mph first weekend out. The weather conditions were definately not the greatest, over 100*+ in the houston summers are not fun. We just wanted to make some shake down passes and did not expect to run as fast as it did. I did not have it at 100% throttle until 1.5 sec into the run. Here are the incrementals. Just wait until we get a little better weather and actually try and sixty foot this car. Can you say quickest and fastest IRS C6 corvette, while maintaning 100% drivability with radio, navigation, and cold blowing A/C!

60- 1.73

That car is simply amazing. Congrats LMR on a spectacular build. This car is easily an 8 sec. car with decent weather, the right tires and a good launch.

Yes, we do like forced induction applications, very easy to make power and very safe on motors. There are still several N/A and Nitrous cars we build that are very impressive as well.

That might have been the easiest looking mid-9 pass I've ever seen. Looked like you were just driving it down the freeway. lol

Talk about rolling into it. The mph on that run would put that thing well into the 8's. If you can knock 2 tenths off the 60' it will for sure be an 8 second car. This car is just plain stupid, but that makes it fun, nice job!

I discovered there was a fine line between drunken "good" at rockband and drunken "terrible" at rockband. I made that transition later on that night!

Car looked amazing (white viper)!
