got pulled over today... I got stopped this afternoon on a rural highway for doing 70 in a 60. I just wasn't paying attention, but anyway I couldn't find my insurance/registration proof. Normally these don't leave my car but the other day I took them out to get my base pass at randolph afb and apparently misplaced. The officer was really cool about it. He gave me a warning for the speeding and all told me where to go to show my proof of insurance/registration when I find it. No big deal. But my question is this...does the speeding warning get reported and will it show up on my insurance?

All I have to do is find my insurance card and go show it to the county and I'm good to go.
all police departments are different.
that being said, the police department that pulled you over "may" have a department policy "to enter all warning/citations they get into their department database". in no way shape or form is that database linked to the database that pulls up for every officer in Texas.
it's mainly for the department itself.

No its just within the city department. What i was meaning is if that same city pulls you over, and they check your history it will show up but that city only. Basically if you got a warning for it in that city once next time a officer pulls you over he will prob give you a ticket if you get what im saying

i got a warning in pearland, tx and when i got my driving record for another ticket, i swear i saw on my driving record that i had recieved a warning but it does not specify why... i thought that if they wrote a warning/ticket for anything that it shows on your record but like if it gets dismissed and/or you take defensive driving it just say's dismissed and/or driving saftey course... correct me if im wrong guys...
A warning is just that, a warning. You don't get a fine for it, and your insurance never sees it. Yes, it gets put on your driving record (I think they expire after awhile or something, not sure) but it doesn't hurt you in anyway (unless you get pulled over for the same thing again). Pretty sure you cant have a warning dismissed, as it holds no real ground.
pulled over for no front plate in in west tex hill country yesterday,
dps ran my lic came back that I was stoped in houston by dps in '07 in same car,not written on eather only told I need front plate , but the last dps said if I am stoped again by tex dps he was sure I would be written, BOTH TIMES STOPPED FOR NO OTHER REASON,(both times stoped by Tex DPS)
