Default Got the shock of my life monday..well it's close..

Well came home from work Monday and got a nice lil shock, walked out to my truck to my G/F sitting there on my tailgate holding what appeared to be a lil photo, went to give her a hug and a kiss, then she shoves the "photo" in my face, well turned out to not be a photo but a ultra sound print out, turns out she's Pregnant, and with twins.......I got excited but she didnt seem too excited, turns out she is also in remission from a form of cancer she was treated and beat about a year and half ago and has to begin Chemo sometime this year...

Yeah talk about getting hit in the face by a Semi Truck...
needless to say I have a whole new outlook on faith, and life..should be a tough road ahead..

she is in remission but has to begin chemo? that is backwards man. either way, cancer is a terrible disease and chemo makes living with it worse. I had to see what it did to my dad (he had lung, brain, and lymphoma) and it was a very hard thing to watch. Just be there for her.

congrats on the kids.

start saving up cuz your gonna need money, and FAST !!!!

i spend close to $500 a month on diapers, formula and wipies on my 2 kids a month.

Similac Advanced is $4.19 a can, unless you want your lady breast feeding, then milk is free. but then her ***** will look like crap after she's done breast feeding. they stretch and sag

start a wish list at "target" or "babies r us" ASAP. start getting stuff for the nursery, little by little.

and invite EVERYONE you know to the baby shower. baby showers help out A LOT !!!!

its great news!

similac is not as good as enfamil. its more expensive but has more nutrients. its worth the extra change for your kid. Having my son was the best thing ever and I wouldnt change anything for it. It will definitely change your life. For me it was the moment I saw the ultrasound and for some its the minute they hold that new born. Either way look forward to a very positive change!
