C6Z thought he wanted to race today...

The guy actually took off running... Left the fob in it and everything.. I called the Police and the car had been stolen... Definately a Jackass move... He could have @ least driven it for a few more days... car was out of Dallas... Made it all the way up here to Denison...

I find it very curious that you didn't mention this part until the next day ?? Am I missing something here ?

In your original post, you made no mention of the guy running away from his car right after this happened, and maybe you can blame it on my innately skeptical nature, but what reason would someone have to react like this ? If I were to wreck my C5 like that, I would be mad, upset, etc but would not run away from my car leaving the keys and or fob in it. I could be off base here, but in my mind that is just suspicious any way you look at it.
The only reason that comes to my mind is either it is stolen or the car is full of something that you don't want to be caught with.
If you had mentioned in the first post something about him running away from his car and then later posted that it was stolen, it would have made perfect sense. However, mentioning it a day later almost makes it seem a little suspect, "oh yeah, btw it was stolen".
So, that's what I was thinking when I made my post, but in the end, anyways.
