Well I finally got an answer from the house at the address I was given, no luck though (he is the former owner). I searched his name online and found another address and phone number not too far from where the car is, I called already and nobody answered but I'll try again. I'm so close guys, wish me luck!

Well I got a hold of the guy and he said he was going to look for the title! If he does not find it he is going to file for a lost title or fill out some forms I got from the registration office that would transfer the title to me.
