G-force 281-993-5451. First time ive heard of someone doing it. But if i were to trust someone with the swap and wiring it would have to be them.

G-Force does great work. My old Z06 was a regular there.

As I am very sure there are many shops in the area that can do the swap, LMR is the only one Ive had experience with. They have a C5 ZO6 there right now that just got a 4l60 installed. They converted my C6 to 4L80.

LMR just finished the same conversion on a C5 Z06. They finished up another vette a few weeks back with a TH400 in it. They are very experienced in this type of conversion. LMR Phone: 713-466-9900. Additionally, they are the only shop that has worked on my vette (in my sig).

Like the OP said, How much would something like that cost? I have been leaning towards this idea for a while now on my C5.

ive been told the cost was around 5k dollars (parts and labor) but you can also turn around and sell your tt and tranny as well as a few other things to make up for the cost.

We have done quite a few of the 4l80 and 4l60 conversions. Give me a call at the shop when you get a chance and we can discuss your options.

There is too many variables that comes into play but cost is going to be anywhere for $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 depending on what you want. Do you want a stock transmission and converter or do you want the Baddest of the baddest?

Best thing to do is go sit down with a sponsor and discuss what would be best for your application.

I've seen a couple of conversions. The first one I ever saw was a 2001 that was converted to a 200R4. I think if I were going to an auto I would look at what my HP goals were and size appropriately.
