I have had some dealings with brian as well. I have never had a problem with him at all. We have sold parts back and forth for months now. But if there is a problem i think from my experience he would help you fix the problem. Well best of luck to you.

OK, after reading this (War and Peace), I came to one conclusion.
Is it me or do people that seem to lack a basic education have the most problems with transactions on here?

Not trying to stir the pot or anything but I don't agree with the seller's statement that no one heard anything with that sort of damage. The pictures of that damage look like mine.

OK, now for the update im sure everyone has been wanting. Brian came over to my house this evening to look at the motor. he def. knows its fucked. After talking to him, i showed him a post that was put on Pt.net. It talked about another Brian(1qwk408) who previously had this motor. Long story short, Brian(fox16), bought Brians(1qwk408) red camaro with this motor in it. Now whether he knew it or not, sounds like Brian(fox16) bought the car with a fucked up motor, and didnt know it. I guess 1qwk408 has been avaioding his call, so we called from my phone......hmmmmmm he answered, so the 2 Brians had a nice HEATED argument, and 1 qwk408 hung up on him. Unfortunately for fox16, he got fucked, which in turn i got fucked(not on porpose). as we stand, Brian picked up the motor, and will have 2 machine shops he knows look at it and tell him if it is salvageable. If not, we agreed i get my money back. we both signed, as well as a witness, a letter that stated he took the motor, and it either gets fixed, or I get my money back.We are both on the same page, and I apologized again to him in person for what happened on here.

MAJOR UPDATE!!!
Brian called me, we had a civil conversation, and he IS going to either get the motor fixed(if it can be fixed) or give me back my money. It sounds like the guy he bought his car from may have really screwed him. All i care about is that he called me, we had a good conversation, and that i now know it will be taken care of. Thank you Brian for callin me.

Like i said.....i dont care about what happened b4, my situation is with fox16, and thats how its gonna stay. he is, one way or another going to make this right. Thats all i need to say.

no this whole post is incorrect....the motor was never blow up hell i turned it over by hand that is why and how i found out sumthin was wrong ......unless ur name is chuck the former owner of HPE then u didnt tune this car cause is wat he told me along with sum other bullshit lies like hke built motor all the way to the damn a/c condenser that wasnt on the car bro.... kasey was there and heard the whole conversation
