These cars havnt been out that long and y'all are grunting victory with more time for modding your 4th gens?! To give u an idea those cars already went 9s and they havnt been off the showroom floors for over a year! In one more year they will be waaay quicker and not shrugged off like y'all do now.
You must've not read all the posts, only one post looked like it was what you described.

Either way, it's still an LSx, it's not like going from an LT1 to an LS1, the LS series has been out for a long time, and all of them are very similar in modding.

Havent had a chance to run one yet, only have 2 in town... the only race ive had this year was a cocky kid in a brand new F150, lmao nothing to get excited about. Just had to put a spankin on him...
Although the outcome of a race against a new camaro is obvious with my car at over 600hp unless something went horrible wrong. Id sill like to see how good they run though!

Here is a video of mine when it was 100% stock, only about 2 weeks old. I mean completely stock, down to the factory air pressure in the tires. You will also notice the video was from June, it was run mid-summer in the heat.

I've owned numerous 4th gens: www.fquick.com/NineBall
The 5th gen is a quicker car stock vs stock, period. You guys might claim to win races, but that usually has 75% to do with driver or traction, unless the cars are completely unmatched in power levels.
The quicker some of you come out of denial that the fat porky obese 5th gen is a better and quicker car than the 4th gen, the more credibility you gain.
Not saying you can't beat them, just saying with equal mods and drivers the fatso Camaro wins. My '10 SS put down 400 rwhp with exhaust and a CAI. Not even a tune! It took heads/cam/bolt-ons/tune in the LS1 cars to do that.

13.0s stock is very impressive to me. The 02 -05 Z06 vettes had hell doing that with factory tires cuz they would blow the tires off with the standard. Buddy has a 03 Z06 and he got a 12.75 out of it stock but that was once in 10 passes with a perfect launch...the rest of the time it spun the tires or clutch LOL and ran 12.90 - 13.40. The z06 pulled hard but its 1,000 lbs lighter.
