Default Anyone in Houston work at a GM Dealership: C6 PCM/TCM Software Upgrade

I was wondering how much it would cost to update my onboard softwarei.e. hook me up), and If I get/have a tune would it replace the tune's parameters that are set.

I want the software update, because of the gear selection shown on the HUD, and the transmission responsiveness with the paddle shifters.

Thanks in advance.
