i would say it needs the correct size rear tires first before you start boosting.

^^^ Now that's just crazy. I wonder how much work has to be done to the rest of the engine if you were to go with something like that?

Mod Fords are pretty stout, the newer GT500s seem to have no issues making 700+rwhp on the stock long block.

Have been thinking about a hellraiser kit,but I've done a lot of Ford combos and truthfully I'm kind of bored.I've thought long and hard about doing a boosted LSX swap or a Coyote 5.0 in this one

i would do a boosted coyote swap, once they've ironed out the few small issues that go with the swap.

Coyote swap seems pretty straight forward, All you would need is the harness and motor, everything else should bolt right in. A whipple or little snail should work nicely or maybe one of those new Liquid Cooled KB's. Is this one still IRS or SRA?

i want to say they have had some hellraiser kids in the 900-1000+ range on a stock 03/04 short block... but i could be wrong.

its not as straight forward as some make it seem the oil pan doesn't clear and you can't use the 4.6 version. the factory exhaust headers from a 5.0 don't fit, they are to wide, and the 5.0 has no provision for a power steering pump, the 5.0 cars use a electric assist. on a turbo car the exhaust may not be a huge deal because people usually use different manifolds or headers but the other 2 could be a bit of a pain.

Very true, but they have a power steering pump on the way, and the exhaust all the fox swap's I see use modular swap headers with coyote flanges. I'm sure some shop around houston would be more than delighted to lend a hand if more problems arise.
