Default stripped torx bolt t50 -- got a ?

What screw extractor brand would work best n not break? I need to swap front springs (prokit) to stockers and both torx bolts are stripped next to master cylinder.

What's the best way to get the damn bolts out lol?

Oh and for the passenger side, the inner bolt keeps turning which is mounted with the upper a-arm so I'm f'd there also.

Any advice I'd appreciate.

Break them loose with an air chisel and then work them out with vise grips or something of that nature. You can also break them loose with a chisel and hammer.

I would break them loose before trying to use an extractor. If you need high quality extractor's your best bet is to get them from Matco or Snap On.

The one that is spinning can be chiseled or grinded off

if you have a pick and a hammer, I'd try hammering the pick on the side of the bolt head and an angle and tap it out like that.....had to do it once before....

Sometimes you can get an Allen Wrench in it to get it out.

You may be able to turn them out with vice grips too if they aren't too tight. I would definately move the master cylinder, it's so easy and makes getting to those bolts a lot easier. If you were near DFW I would show you how to do it with an air chisel.

You can take it to a mechanic and have them break them loose with an air hammer with a chisel bit. What you do is put a chisel bit in an air hammer then place the chisel on the side of the bolt head, when you impact the chisel on the side of the bolt head it will turn the bolt. This can be done with a hand chisel and hammer but will be a pain.

Worst case scenario is you can drill the bolts completely out and go back with a bolt and nut.

All right its all done n taken care of. Damn I hate how the stock springs sit so f'n high. I ended up getting an electric hand saw from my pops and took out the damn torx bolt that way with a chisel.

Can someone post pic of the rear end from underneath? I need to see the sway bar, phb and not sure of bar name above the phb... THX
