Are you buying from a dealer or a person. A dealer will charge you $21,000. Private party 17,200

What it's worth, to me anything below $15,700 for a pristine m6 car would be a great deal

Yea I actually got the price lower below $15k so this may be a winner. Never looked at the LE models but for the price and condition of car it's a no brainer.

Is a autocheck report just as good as a Carfax?

I have never heard of autocheck but I am sure it is similar. The thing about carfax or autocheck the shops do NOT have to report to it. They can do anything they want and carfax or autocheck would never know. So while carfax and autocheck might show no problems with the car that doesnt mean nothing ever happened to it. The best thing to do is still have a shop check the car out.

Actually auto check will show more than car fax. You can pay car fax to have "errors" removed from a title where as auto check will not.

I'd say $10-11k TOPS. anything more than that, from what I've seen private party
demands lower miles. (under 20k)
