2002 Z/28 have had to replace the entire drivetrain, the 4L60E 3 times I blew the motor been through 3 10 bolts, had to rebuild the entire front end, alternator twice several batteries and my right rear caliper froze up so I had to do brakes. When it was an automatic I broke the flexplate. all belts all hoses, the starter, and I replaced the seats because I hated the factory camaro leather ones. It has 98,700miles when I got it in 05 it had 51000. Now it has a cammed 5.3 and a 6 spd and have had pretty much ZERO problems since all that stuff was changed. Mods 12 bolt, Kooks headers, TSP true duals X pipe, Spec stage 3+ clutch, tubular control arms in rear, SFC, Bilstein HD shocks and lowering springs, tubular K member and upper and lower control arms. K&N, lid and of course a tune. Will be adding a nitrous kit sometime soon. I'm looking to replace the 5.3L with something bigger but not sure exactly what yet. I love the car but hate the repair bills it has had. I'm sure there is more stuff I have replaced but cant remember all of it.
