I bought a Durmax from them, just like everyone else they wouldnt budge on the price but the price to begin with was excellent. I got a $50k truck for $35k. So I was not trying to negotiate much.

Overall I was happy with the experience and customer service.

Most of their cars have been wrecked auction cars. I dealt with them when I worked at Bmw and they would bring us some junk that was wrecked and try to claim it as warranty. When they were in the warehouse years ago they were a pretty good operation, now that they have the bigger location they have gone down a bit.

Went once and will never go back. Totally crazy environment and it feels like a damn airport there are so many people. Took over 30 minutes for the car i wanted to see to arrive to the drive and then another 15 minutes to get out of the damn dealership to do the actual test drive. All i can say is the car was not accurately described and they didn't give a S##t about my comments or thoughts on the car. The worst car shopping experience ever. To be honest, there are MUCH better deals out there as i found plenty after this trip. Don't waste your time dealing with that place.

Yeah, I keep reading bad things about them. I think I'll just pass on anything they have.

Did you have to put down payment down and wait for financing ?' Then pick the car up 2 days later ?!

I have not bought there but have had a behind the scenes look at the owner at auction. Yes, I have the hook up. LOL I am not sure they still do business the same way(this was several years back), but he was buying cars just like every other cockroach used car dealer. If they end up with a POS, they will pawn it off in a heart beat. A used car dealer is just that, a used car dealer. The cars are run through at a rate of hundreds a day and there isn't much room for a real inspection. Make no mistake about it though, a new car dealer does the same **** with there used cars. Check the **** out thoroughly, and good luck. By the way, I buy all my cars used so don't take my info the wrong way.

I bought an Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer there.
Got them to only come down $400.
Customer care sucked.
They did have to fix the leather seats, because it was ripped compared to the pictures on line. They did a crappy job.
The vehicle was a decent deal overall, but don't expect typical treatment from a dealership.

They are pretty decent...for a used car dealer. Make sure you inspect. They tend to have reasonable to high pricing and they tend to get lower mileage vehicles. The customer service we experienced was actually quite good, and they were also open about what they do. Pretty reasonable, esp for a used car dealer.

Just bought my '11 camaro from them. Could only get them to come down $700 but the car only has 5k miles on it so there wasn't much room to negotiate.

I would have liked more for my trade in but I didn't have time to wait for it to sell and hope this low mileage car was still available.

Overall, it was a good experience. I would use them again.

I bought an 05 CTS-V from them about 3 years ago. The car was clean AF. One owner before me (as advertised), 42k miles and bone stock. I got them to come down $1k. It was a bit of a circus in the showroom. I think a lot of bored people show up there on a Saturday just looking for cheap entertainment and free popcorn? If you can get past that, they do have some decent vehicles.
