Default Ran the Camaro... broke it. lol

Hit Kennedale on Friday night. I was racing my father-in-law in his GT500. Got him pretty good the first two times down the track. Third time, I wasn't so lucky. Busted the rear which broke the drive shaft. lol

Time was 8.5@87 with a 2.2 60ft. Not too shabby. I'm going 12 bolt or 8.8 and a good drive shaft. We'll see if I can get an 8.0 out of it before the new heads go on.

BTW, does anyone have a good rear end for sale?

Get a 9 inch, what kinda tires you have at the track? What mods? You should get 8.0 if u cut your 60ft down.

I was on 18" Falken street tires. The track was prepped REALLY well for ProMod night. Its got bolt ons and a ls6 cam. Ran pretty quick I think.

Ya... I was in the busted *** silver Z. He was trying to sell me a drive shaft. Turns out I need a rear end too. haha

Thanks! I've got a set of heads I'm about to throw on it after I fix the rear. Get it tuned... should be stout. I might even throw a little juice on it.

the 9 inch puts down less power than the 8.8, and with the power he is making the extra strength the 9 has over the 8.8 just isnt needed.

Ya... 12 bolt was suggested by TDP, so that is the way I'll be going.
