There was another guy on here that had one explode in his fbody. I remember the damage being a lot more than what happened to the GT. Makes me nervous leaving the tank in my car parked in the garage with this heat.

well that makes 3 now that I have seen explode in a car:
1: allegedly doubled the safety disc intentionally
2: the above firebird...the bottle was purchased from a fire totaled vehicle
3: the mustang in the OP
I know of a 4th that ruptured outside the vehicle, it had been torched for years.
Please have your bottles pressure tested on a regular basis and do not use open flame on them
