Mechanic/Shop in Ft. Worth or DFW area Looking for a good shop or mechanic preferably in Ft Worth but anywhere nearby is fine.
I have a vibration in my 2000 Trans Am that starts around 40 mph and gets a bit worse the faster I go. It feel like its coming from the center of the car. I know wheels are balanced and my alignment is good so I'm thinking its the u joints. I was quoted $120 for labor only at one shop and $240 for parts/labor at another. I have no idea how much something like this should cost and the major difference between both shops is confusing.This is my DD so I'd like to have it repaired ASAP.
