Pyle Brothers is the only place in Baytown I am aware of that narrows a rear end, sells axles, etc... Cliff (Parson's) worked at Pyle Brother's for years and opened his own shop in Beaumont, and can do all that as as well.
There are other shops in the Houston area that could as well, but Pyle Brother's is it (that I am aware of) in Baytown area that advertises it as a service. I'm sure there may be people in the Baytown area who could do it for you, its just not their "specialty".
Your question was who is best. I would not only say Pyle Brother's is the best in the Baytown area, I would venture to say they are probably one of the best shops for that work in this part of the country.
But, I may be biased since I've known Dwight and Mallory since before they opened the shop.
