14x5 GM chrome ZR1's huh... thats pretty small. Are those made for the special ZR1 Caprices lowriders?

I have a set of four 17x9" ZR1 style wheels off of a 98SS. These wheels are very nice, no curb rash whatsoever. They come complete with red bowtie centercaps, factory locking lugs, caps, and key.
