**** and moan about safe and clear program to well here is an email address that goes directly to the people that are handling the new program.

I feel as though my civil rights are being voilated and the extra coverage I bought for my wifes BMW on roadside assistance is being voided as well. And I'll be damned if a dolly wrecker is going to hook up to any of my vehicles (X5 AWD<--****, Lightning plastic bumper<---hah, 03 Cobra<--- hell nah)
they better have a few flatbeds or I must prepair my bung hole for jail time because fat bastard wrecker driver will not hook up on any of those without a problem. and problem meaning if I have a flat I already have a tire tool in my hand.
On another note we talking about this topic at the shop last night and it was mentioned that someone had a flat on 288 in the past couple of days and while the driver got out to change his flat tire a few other people pulled over to help out as a wrecker was pulling up. the "good samiritans" blocked the disabled car front and back and proceeded to change the tire making the hook up for the wrecker impossible. Hell ya thats what I'm talking about. So do the right thing and help out your fellow motorist and stick it to the fat ****** wrecker drivers. to most of the wrecker drivers particpating in this program FO

I don't live in Houston but from what I've read its only a matter of time before some fat bastard wrecker driver gets his *** kicked in by a citizen just trying to change his tire.
That's a completely fucked up law designed only to increase revenue for the city coffers. Whoever thought it up should have their *** handed to them in the next election.

The first day it was in effect traffic was slow as hell and low and behold I come over a ridge and a wrecker was talking to someone I could tell they hadn't been there long and there was no accedent in sight..
If that person had just been left alone no one would have noticed them and traffic would have been fine.
