Pics of the blown starter....

For those that dont know know, I was getting a rattling sound at high rpms. well I pinned it down to the tranny and I started to take it out to replace what i thought was going to be a clutch.....well here is what i found.....

and a couple of the flywheel and pressure plate just for good measure...

has anyone seen this happen before?

My LS6 loooked like that. When the dam pedal would stick to the dam floor. Throw it in the trrash and get a bad *** clutch. I got the 3F

it wasnt my clutch jmblownws6, it was my starter. i have had a clutch (SPEC stage 4) to go in it for a while now....just wanted a reason to put it in. Looks like i got that reason....
